Prices shown supersede all previous price lists, and are subject to change without notice. Please check the web site for latest pricing. If in doubt, please ask.

Postage
Postage & packaging is set at £3 throughout the UK.
Orders over £50 in the UK qualify for FREE POSTAGE.

Copyright
All handmade jewellery items, logo's, photographs and descriptions on the site are the copyright property of Ingrid de Vane and Unique Necklaces.

Stock
Our stock is under constant revision; please refer to web site for latest products. As the necklaces are individually handmade according to your specification, your necklace will only be made upon receipt of cheque and dispatched upon clearance of funds. When a type of necklace or yarn is no longer available, the web site will be updated.

Returns
Refunds are only given in the case of a fault on our part or if damage is caused in transit. As necklaces are tailor-made, we cannot make exchanges. A faulty item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Any personal or contact information given by you to us will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.

Picture Colouring & Photographic Accuracy
We make every effort to depict colouring as close to the original as possible, however please be aware that due to different monitor resolutions and computer setup, some variations may occur. Please do note that the items are not actual size in the photographs. When ordering a kit of yarn to make one of the necklaces depicted, size of knitter disc and pegs used might alter the look of yours.
